Terms of Service

Use IOU by Pompi to split meals, trips, shared household costs, and other friendly expenses. You are responsible for the people, receipt images, amounts, payment instructions, and private links you create.

Do not upload illegal, harmful, or sensitive content you do not have permission to share. Private owner links can edit or delete an IOU; participant links can view that participant's share and mark settlements.

Calculations, OCR suggestions, emails, and exports are provided as a convenience and may need review before anyone pays. The service is provided as-is without a guarantee of availability, backup, or financial or legal advice.

By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and settle disputes directly with your group.
